The machine operates by rotating the drum, allowing the material to tumble and come into full contact with hot air, ensuring efficient heat and mass transfer. Its robust design, continuous operation, and high drying efficiency make it ideal for processing various bulk solids, powders, and granular materials.
After wet material is fed into one end of the dryer, it is evenly distributed and dispersed inside the drum by the uniformly arranged lifting plates. The material fully contacts the concurrent (or countercurrent) hot air, accelerating heat and mass transfer. During the drying process, the material moves controllably toward the other end of the dryer, driven by the inclined lifting plates and hot airflow, and is discharged as the finished product through a star-shaped discharge valve.
Suitable for drying large particles and heavy materials in industries such as chemical, mining, and metallurgy, including materials like ore, blast furnace slag, coal, metal powders, phosphate fertilizer, and ammonium sulfate.
Suitable for drying powdery and granular materials with special requirements, such as HP foaming agents, distillers’ grains, light calcium carbonate, activated bleaching earth, magnetic powder, graphite, and medicinal residue.
