This machine has a wide range of applications, supports continuous production, and allows adjustable discharge particle size. It is capable of handling the grinding and classification of various materials such as chemicals, food, cosmetics, dyes, resins, and shells.
The material enters the crushing chamber through the feeding port and is conveyed by a screw feeder. Inside the chamber, it is sheared and pulverized by high-speed rotating blades. The crushed material is then transported by negative-pressure airflow into the cyclone separator. Dust generated during the process is collected and filtered through a dust collector using filter bags or cartridges. This design ensures a dust-free production environment, improves material utilization, and helps reduce operational costs.
We support customization based on drawings or samples, offering a wide variety of styles to meet different requirements.
The machine body can be custom-built using 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, or other types of steel. Different materials can also be combined as needed.
Button configurations can be customized. By default, we use domestic CHINT indicator lights, but brands such as Schneider, Yijia, and Siemens are also available upon request. AC contactors, control displays, and electronic screens can all be customized based on your preferred brand.
