Vibration Source: Driven by a vibration motor for smooth operation, easy maintenance, low noise, and long service life.
Uniform Fluidization: No dead spaces or channeling, ensuring consistent drying and cooling of products.
Excellent Adjustability & Wide Applicability: Material layer thickness, residence time, and total vibration amplitude can all be steplessly adjusted.
Low Material Damage: Gentle drying suitable for fragile materials; irregular particle shapes do not affect performance.
Fully Enclosed Structure: Prevents cross-contamination between materials and air, ensuring a clean working environment.
High Mechanical & Thermal Efficiency: Outstanding energy-saving performance, reducing energy consumption by 30–60% compared with conventional drying equipment.
The material enters the machine through the feed inlet and, under the action of vibration, is thrown along the horizontal fluidized bed, moving forward continuously. Hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed, exchanging heat with the wet material. The resulting moist air is then dust-removed via a cyclone separator and discharged through the exhaust outlet, while the dried material is discharged through the product outlet.
