Fuel is burned by the burner to produce high-temperature flue gas. Through the heat exchange structure of the hot air furnace with enhanced heat transfer measures, the heat from the flue gas is transferred to the air being heated. After heat transfer, the flue gas temperature drops to about 250 °C before being discharged into the atmosphere. The air to be heated is forced into the furnace by an optional blower, absorbs heat, and is discharged from the hot air outlet at the rated temperature. When the outlet temperature reaches the upper limit, the burner automatically stops or switches to a small flame; when the temperature drops to the lower limit, the burner reignites or switches back to a large flame. Heating speed can be adjusted by controlling the inlet air valve opening.
Widely used in textile sizing and printing & dyeing, hotels and resorts, saunas and hot springs, medical and chemical industries, breweries and pharmaceutical plants, food and catering industries, garment manufacturing, laundries, livestock and poultry farming, crop cultivation, as well as heat supply for schools, enterprises, institutions, and residential communities.
